Do I have to buy modules separately?
No. You choose one plan based on the kind of business you run, and every feature in that plan is included. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time and the new features switch on straight away; your data stays exactly as it is.
How many people can use it?
Each plan includes a number of users — 2 on Clothing Studio up to 7 on Retail. Anyone who logs in, on the web or the mobile app, uses one seat. Extra seats are $5/month each.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. ModaFlow runs in any browser, and your staff use the ModaFlow mobile app for attendance, deliveries and — on In-house Production — their assigned tasks.
Is training included?
Team training is $500 for 5 hours in person, or $300 for three 2-hour remote sessions. It is included at no charge with the Discount Grant.
